Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
Items can only be exchanged/returned if they were delivered damaged and not as per description on the respective product page
Return/exchange requests should be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the order
Refund will be in the form of store credits added to your account and valid for 30 days from the day of issuance
Delivery charges (if applicable on your order), will not be refunded
To complete your return/exchange request, you have to share complete order details received over email at the time of placing the order
Items purchased in stock clearance or end of year sales will not be accepted for return/exchange and refund unless delivered in a damaged state
Damage claims will be inspected on return for refund/exchange approval. Please send us pictures along with the damage claim
If you are approved for a refund, a credit will be applied to your account within 2-3 working days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
